Insoluble Particle Counter

Insoluble particles in liquid medicine refer to the foreign matters that can flow and exist randomly in liquid preparations except bubbles, including the solution prepared by sterile solid preparations. Its particle size is between 1-50 μ m, invisible to the naked eye, and it is easy to move. The existence of insoluble particles is directly related to the quality of drugs and endangers human health. The pathogenetic mechanism is that insoluble particles can not be metabolized in human body, which is easy to induce thrombosis and lead to disease deterioration and new diseases. Therefore, the Pharmacopoeia of various countries have very clear limits on insoluble particles. NBC-28s particle detector can fully meet the design scheme of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 Edition) and the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and the European Community for the detection of insoluble particles in small volume injections.
